The captions speak volumes for her budding personality. She's had quite a few quirky remarks. Like driving home the other day she said we'd get home a lot quicker if our car could fly. I asked where she had heard about flying cars, as she had been hanging around other kids all day. She said, "No where. It came from my brain." Maybe she'll invent one amazing flying car one day and out-do Tesla.
She is imagnative, by far. Each day she comes home with more art work, wooden sculptures, paper plates that are her "skates," and stories that make up her day. Our evenings are spent playing card games, as she has picked up on many of them.
Hoping for a sister, she constantly hugs and kisses my tummy in excitement of a new baby. When we ask what she wants to be when she grows up, she simply says, "A mom."
Here is four in all its glory.

"Call me Grandma," she said with her "walking stick" as her cane as we walked the beach Thanksgiving AM. |

"I'm flying!" |
|
"Look! I can do this by myself." |

Scrunched up, silly face. |

"I can get my boots wet, right?" |
|
"Okay, Maddy, smile nice for the camera." |

Fall play in the evening sun. |
