Mindless Meanderings of Schroedawg

Of course, we can't forget to post some pics depicting Easter. So here are some great portraits my little model posed for me, as well as her finding eggs around the property yesterday.

Our spring came rushing in quite early this year, so I proposed a day trip to the Tulip Festival to my two wonderful friends, Nikki and Austin, and was so ecstatic they said yes! We ventured there on April 1 and those lovely tulips did not fool us once...they are truly an outstanding site! Vibrant colors against dramatic skies, makes for some pretty awesome photographs. Of course, my little model refused to be the cute model she can be, for me at least...Thanks to Austin, she captured some great pics of Miss Madelynne and her BFF Olivia. I think anyone can vouch to say that breaks are much needed in any line of work and this recent spring break was perfect timing in the midst of a stressful year. I am still in the process of getting the pics from Brad and Maddy's Florida adventure cleaned up, so I will hopefully post those by next week. I just have had no time, really, and kept forgetting the SD card was in the other camera. I promise to highlight their trip next blog post. :) As for the month of March and early April, we've kept busy. Spring break was delightful and well spent with Miss Maddy. Every day we had an adventure, and the next post is devoted to one of our favorites of the week. This week her care provider is on spring break, so she gets to carpool with me to work and hangout at my friend, Danell's farm, with her boys. She loves it.
